1. Use of Service

Veruna provides tools for managing senior care clients, assessments, reports, and scheduling. You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless canceled.

4. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter, including client information.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reports generated using AI are for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Veruna is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service.
